Honeydew Mint Smoothie
Spending yet another day avoiding the heat of the kitchen and instead sitting in the shade, by the pool, enjoying this refreshing smoothie. If I close my eyes, I could be in Mexico…okay maybe that’s pushing it.
Honeydew Mint Smoothie
Makes 2 servings
In a blender combine the following:
- 1/2 Honeydew Melon cut into pieces
- 1 Banana
- 12 oz Coconut Milk
- 1-2 Tbs Honey
- handful of Mint Leaves
- Ice Cubes
Insert straw and enjoy!
