Order Policy:

Welcome to Elise’s Kitchen — thank you for supporting our small business! Please review our order policy before placing an order. These terms help us provide the best service and ensure every treat is made with love and care.

💳 Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required upfront to confirm and secure all orders.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.

  • We accept: all major credit cards, cash, venmo, cashapp, zelle

  • Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of being issued. If not paid, your order slot may be released.

📅 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before pickup/delivery will receive a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of pickup/delivery will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • No-shows or pickups more than 30 minutes late (without prior notice)

    • Custom items already prepared before cancellation

📦 Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup is by appointment only. Please arrive on time to avoid delays.

  • For deliveries, ensure someone is available at the scheduled time.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Incorrect address information

    • Unavailable recipient at time of delivery

🧁 Order Changes

  • Minor changes (e.g., colors or written messages) can be made up to 2 days before your order date.

  • Major changes (e.g., flavors, size, quantity, or design) must be requested at least 5 days in advance.

  • All change requests are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
